Product Collection Systems for Spray Dryers
COMP has developed Customized Product Collection Systems to meet required product recoveries and emission levels. Some typical systems that COMP provides are Cyclone Separators, Bag Filters with mechanical shaking and reverse pulse jets; Multi contact type wet scrubbers, and Venturi Scrubbers. COMP has also developed completely CIP able bag filters.

Air Heating Systems for Spray Dryers
COMP employs a range of air heaters depending on the process conditions. The most commonly used are Direct Fired, Indirect Fired and Steam Air Heaters. COMP uses Burners of Monoblock, Air Atomizing, and Duct type. COMP has also supplied large electrical heating systems upto 5 mW.

Feeding Systems
COMP has developed Rapid Slurry Preparation Systems specifically to convert extremely hard material into uniform homogeneous slurry.

COMP uses Feed Conditioners to ensure smooth feed flow when the feed is sticky, hard cake or paste. Double Screw Paddle Mixers, Double Screw Feeders with cutter blades and Knife type Feed Dispensers are usually part of the standard fitment.

At COMP the selection of pumping unit depends on the specific feed properties. Pumps include Plunger Pumps, Hose Diaphragm Pumps, Metering Pumps and Homogenizing Pumps.
