Spray Drying Technology

Our technology is superior in the industry. Our R&D team always upgrades technology with the latest advancements that are taking place globally. We offer the Spray Drying Systems, which are based on the rotary atomizer spray dryer, nozzle atomizer spray dryer, Granulation Spray Dryers technologies.

Rotary Atomizer Spray Dryers
In COMP Rotary Disc Atomisation Spray Dryers, a wheel or disc rotating at high speed is used for atomising the liquid feed. The liquid is distributed centrally on the wheel/disc/cup. The feed liquid is centrifugally accelerated to high velocity before being discharged as fine droplets/mist. COMP disc designs include straight/ curved vanes, pinwheels and multi-layer discs in diameters from 60 to 350 mm.

Nozzle Atomizer Spray Dryers
In COMP Nozzle Atomisation Spray Dryers, the pressure energy within the liquid bulk is converted into kinetic energy of thin moving liquid sheets. The sheets break up under the influence of the physical liquid properties and by the frictional effects with the medium into which it is discharged. COMP nozzle pressures range from 20 to 200 bar.

Granulation Spray Dryers
COMP Spray Dryers with Integrated Fluid Beds are ideally used to meet special particle size, dispersion profile and bulk density requirements. The spray comes in contact with fluidised dried particles and agglomerates.
